I have been a licensed Realtor in Massachusetts since 1996 and have earned numerous awards for Broker of the Year.  Since I have lived most of my life in Franklin and Wrentham, Massachusetts, I have a thorough knowledge of my market area and its resources.  Prior to my career in Real Estate, I worked in the mental health field as a crisis counselor in the nursing home and prison system.  I hold a B.A. in Psychology and a Masters in Counseling and find that my counseling background has provided me with beneficial listening skills for handling a variety of real estate situations.  I love meeting new people and currently work as both a buyer and seller agent in the west of Boston communities.  I am married with three children (and a puppy!) and enjoy reading, hiking and running when I can find some free time.  I hope to run a marathon one day but have not gotten there yet.

I specialize in working with first time home buyers as well as move-up buyers.  Many folks do not have the information they need to enter into their largest investment of home ownership.  My buyers benefit from the time and education I provide to allow them to become informed consumers.  Often I am involved in overseeing and coordinating both a home sale and purchase for the same family--this takes great skill, timing and expertise.  My "Years of Experience, Years of Results" makes for a smooth transition from start to finish.

Approximately 90% of my business comes from my repeat/referral business which is directly attributed to my honesty, fairness and ethics in all of my relationships.  My past clients can attest to the fact that I will not tell someone something just because they want to hear it but rather let them know the truth in pricing or other issues regarding their transaction.  I admit that I have lost some business as a result but I have not been willing to "inflate" a housing price estimate for the sake of obtaining an overpriced listing.  I realize that some REALTORS engage in this practice but those behaviors do not create long-lasting relationships when a seller's home languishes on the market for a year or more.
